“Dashboard” Tab

Here you will find the key information about the status of your online store in Tanganica that you should be aware of. If an error occurs (for example, an incorrect product feed), a notification will appear here.

“Your Launched Campaigns”
Here you can see an overview of your advertising campaigns and their basic statistics. If your campaign has been running for a longer period and the system evaluates its performance as poor, you will get a recommendation here to pause it.

“Basic Statistics of Campaigns”
This section shows you a summary of your campaign performance over the last 12 months, giving you a clear long-term perspective on whether your campaigns are delivering meaningful results.

“Measurement Condition of Events”
Here you’ll see an overview of the four key events required for proper functioning and optimization of your campaigns:

  1. User tracking

  2. Add to cart

  3. Completed purchases

  4. Sold products

This section shows how many of these events Tanganica has measured in the past two days. If any event is highlighted in red, it means Tanganica may not be tracking it correctly, or the event simply hasn’t occurred on your store in the past two days. For example, if you know such an event did occur but it still isn’t displayed here, there is likely an issue with event tracking.

“Product Status”
An overview of your products’ status in advertising systems – how many are active, disapproved, or pending approval.

“How to Improve Campaign Performance?”
For maximum campaign performance, follow these basic recommendations:

  • Keep your campaigns running to collect data. Campaigns that are turned off for a long time lose optimization data.

  • Launch the recommended ad formats and upload high-quality creative assets.

  • Ensure products in your XML feed have quality and relevant titles and descriptions, clear images, and all required attributes.

  • Give campaigns time. Desired performance comes once campaigns have collected enough data. In some cases, this may take several months.

“How Does Campaign COS Decrease Over Time?”
The more data your campaigns collect, the better their performance becomes. Check the following chart to see how the average COS (Cost of Sales) decreases for online stores during the first 12 months after launching campaigns.
