By default, Tanganica uses Automatic Budget – the system distributes your total credit across campaigns based on performance.
If you'd like to control budgets manually for each campaign, follow these steps:
1. Make sure your billing information is completed
Custom budgets can only be used if your billing details are filled in.
Go to Top Up Credit in the left menu.
If you see the message "Please complete your billing information to continue", click Go to Billing Information.
Fill in the required fields:
Company name, address, ZIP, city, country
Company ID
VAT ID (if applicable)
Billing email
Click Save Changes.
2. Set up credit top-up (Optional but recommended)
You can choose between:
Automatic Top-Up – specify an amount and minimum credit threshold.
One-Time Top-Up – add credit manually via card or bank transfer.
Both are available under Top Up Credit.
