The Tanganica Pixel lets you track ad performance, get detailed statistics, and unlock advanced features. Here’s how to install it on your Squarespace store:

1. Log in to Squarespace admin

  • In the left menu, go to Website → Pages.

  • Scroll to Utilities → Website Tools.

  • Click Code Injection.

2. Add the Tanganica Pixel code

  • In the Header section, paste the following code:

<!-- Tanganica pixel -->

<script>(function(w,d,s,l,i){w[l]=w[l]||[];

w[l].push({'gtm.start':new Date().getTime(),event:'gtm.js'});

var f=d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0],j=d.createElement(s),

dl=l!='dataLayer'?'&l='+l:'';j.async=true;

f.parentNode.insertBefore(j,f);

})(window,document,'script','dataLayer','GTM-TRS5RSN');</script>

<!-- End Tanganica pixel -->

  • Save the changes at the top left.

❗ After saving, test in Tanganica to confirm the Pixel is working correctly.

Troubleshooting if Pixel is not detected:

  • Make sure the code is added in Code Injection → Header.

  • Squarespace may restrict custom scripts on free plans → ensure you’re on a paid version.

  • Verify all changes were saved.

  • Check for typos or invalid characters in the code.

  • Ensure your store pages are fully functional.
