To advertise your products, we need to obtain your product XML feed in the format required by Google Shopping. Below is a simple step-by-step guide on how to find your feed and upload it to our application.

1. Find the URL of your product XML feed

The product XML feed is a file that contains information about your products (name, price, stock availability, images, etc.). It usually looks like a URL address, for example:

If you’re not sure where to find it, try:

  • Checking your e-shop admin panel – feeds are often under Exports, Google Shopping, Product feeds, or XML feeds.

  • Asking your developer or store administrator.

  • Checking if you already use the feed for other marketing services (marketplaces, comparison sites, or ad platforms).

2. Upload the feed URL to the application

Once you have the feed URL:

  1. Copy the full feed URL (e.g., https://www.myshop.com/feed.xml).

  2. Paste it into the designated field in our application.

  3. Confirm and save.

✅ Done! If the feed is valid and in the correct format, your products will automatically start uploading.

3. What to do if you don’t have a feed or it’s not working?

I can’t find my product XML feed

  • Contact your developer or store administrator.

  • If no feed exists, you may need to generate one – many e-shop platforms allow you to create feeds using built-in features, plugins, or extensions.

The application shows an error

  • The feed is not in the correct format → it must be XML, not CSV or JSON.

  • Some required fields may be missing or incorrectly structured (e.g., prices, categories).

  • Make sure the URL is correct and publicly accessible (try opening it in your browser).
