To advertise your products, we need your product XML feed in Google Shopping format. ByznysWeb automatically generates this feed directly in the admin panel. Here’s how you can find and upload it into our app.
1. Get the product XML feed URL
A product XML feed is a file containing details about your products (name, price, stock availability, images, etc.). On ByznysWeb, the feed is automatically generated in the correct format. The URL usually looks like this:
Where to find it:
Log in to your ByznysWeb admin.
In the top menu, click Settings.
From the left menu, select Product Comparators → Google Merchant Center.
Open Settings.
If Google Merchant Center is already active for your language version, click Show URL to display your feed URL.
If it’s not active yet, tick the checkbox for your chosen language version and select your shop domain. After saving, the Show URL button will appear. Click it to reveal your feed URL.
👉 If this is your first time creating a product XML feed, we recommend reading the detailed guide provided in ByznysWeb to set up all required parameters correctly.
2. Upload the feed URL to the Tanganica app
Copy the feed URL.
Paste it into the designated field in our app.
Confirm.
✅ Done! If the feed is valid and correctly formatted, your products will start syncing into the app.
3. What if you get an error?
Wrong format → The feed must be XML, not CSV or JSON.
Invalid structure → Some fields may be missing or incorrect (e.g., missing prices or categories).
Invalid URL → Try opening the feed in your browser. If it doesn’t load XML, check your ByznysWeb settings.
