This guide explains how to find your automatically generated feed in the WebAreal admin under E-shop → Export → Export products, and how to fix common issues such as invalid XML format, missing fields, or incorrect feed URLs.

To advertise your products, we need your product XML feed in Google Shopping format. WebAreal automatically generates this feed in your admin panel. Here’s how to find it and upload it to our app.


1. Get the URL of your product XML feed

A product XML feed is a file containing details about your products (name, price, stock availability, images, etc.). On WebAreal, this feed is automatically generated for Google Shopping and is available at a specific URL, for example:

Where to find it:

  1. Log in to your WebAreal admin.

  2. In the left menu, go to E-shop → Export → Export products.

  3. From the list of available portals, select Google Shopping.

  4. Click the Generate button.

  5. Once generated, your feed URL will appear at the bottom of the page in the Generated feeds list section.

2. Upload the feed URL to the Tanganica app

  1. Copy the URL of your feed.

  2. Paste it into the designated field in our app.

  3. Confirm.

✅ Done! If the feed is valid and in the correct format, your products will start syncing into the app.


3. What if you get an error?

  • Wrong format → Feed must be XML, not CSV or JSON.

  • Invalid structure → Some fields may be missing or incorrectly formatted (e.g., prices or categories).

  • Invalid URL → Open the feed URL in your browser to check if it loads an XML file.
