To advertise your products, we need your product XML feed in Google Shopping format. FastCentrik automatically generates this feed in your admin panel. Here’s how to find it and upload it to our app.

1. Get the URL of your product XML feed

A product XML feed is a file that contains information about your products (name, price, stock availability, images, etc.). FastCentrik generates this feed automatically in Google Shopping format. It’s available at a specific URL, for example:

Where to find it:

  1. Log in to your FastCentrik admin.

  2. In the left menu, go to Settings.

  3. Under Tool Settings, click on XML Feeds.

  4. In the list of available feeds, find the Google Shopping XML feed.

2. Upload the feed URL to the Tanganica app

  1. Copy the URL of your feed.

  2. Paste it into the designated field in our app.

  3. Confirm.

✅ Done! If the feed is valid and in the correct format, your products will start syncing into the app.

3. What if you get an error?

  • Wrong format → The feed must be XML, not CSV or JSON.

  • Invalid structure → Some fields may be missing or incorrectly formatted (e.g., wrong prices or categories).

  • Invalid URL → Try opening the feed URL in your browser to check if it loads an XML file.
