This guide explains how to find your Google Product Feed in the Unas admin, enable export access for IP 64.227.71.84, and fix common issues such as unavailable feeds, invalid XML format, or incorrect URLs.

To advertise your products, we need your product XML feed in Google Shopping format. Unas automatically generates this feed directly in the admin panel. Here’s how to find it and upload it to our app:


1. Get your product feed URL

A product XML feed is a file containing product information (name, price, stock availability, images, etc.).

On Unas, the feed is available at a specific URL, for example:

How to find the feed:

  1. Log in to your Unas admin panel.

  2. In the top menu, go to Beállítások → Külső kapcsolatok → Árösszehasonlító export, Feed.

  3. In the list of available formats, select Google Product Feed.

    • If you don’t have a feed yet, click Hozzáad (Add).

    • If you already have one, click Módosít (Edit).

  4. In the feed settings, enable the export and enter the following IP address in the Ügynökségi IP field:
    64.227.71.84

  5. Save the settings and copy the generated feed URL.

👉 Note: After saving, Unas may need some time to process your feed request. This usually takes a few hours (in rare cases up to 24h). During this period, the feed might not be available.


2. Upload the feed URL to the Tanganica app

  1. Copy your XML feed URL.

  2. Paste it into the designated field in our app.

  3. Confirm.

✅ Done! If the feed is valid and correctly formatted, your products will start syncing into the app.


3. Troubleshooting

  • 🔑 IP address required → Make sure the export is enabled for IP: 64.227.71.84.

  • Feed still not available → Processing on Unas side may take several hours (up to 24h). If it’s still unavailable after that, contact Unas support.

  • Wrong format → The feed must be XML, not CSV or JSON.

  • Invalid data → Some fields may be missing or incorrectly structured (e.g., wrong prices or categories).

  • Invalid URL → Open the URL in your browser to check if it loads correctly.
