Disapproved products

Learn why some products get disapproved in campaigns, how to find them in Tanganica, and what to do to fix issues so your products can be approved again.

If some of your products show up as Denied in advertising campaigns, it means they don't meet the requirements of the platform (Google, Facebook or Microsoft).

Where can I find a list of disapproved products?

  1. Go to the "Products" section to find a summary of all products by status:

    • Approved products

    • Denied products

    • Pending approval

    • Invalid products

2. For a detailed overview of rejected products, click on "Detailed status of individual products".

3. To see the specific reason for rejection, click on the red cross next to the product. You will see details of the error and our recommendation for correction.

How do I fix disapproved products?

  • Check the reason given for the rejection.

  • Correct any missing or incorrect information.

  • Request a product reconsideration after making corrections.
