Order Statistics help you analyze where your orders come from and what role Tanganica played in each purchase. This allows you to evaluate the performance of different channels and understand how Tanganica contributes to your total sales.

🛠️ How to access Order Statistics

  1. Log in to your Tanganica account.

  2. In the left-hand navigation menu, click Statistics.

  3. At the top of the page, select the Orders tab.

  4. Choose the time period (e.g. Last 30 days or custom dates).

  5. A table with all orders matching your filters will appear.

📊 What each column means

Column

Description

Order number

Unique ID of the order. You can click it to view more detailed information.

Date and time

When the order was completed. Shows the exact timestamp based on your timezone.

Revenue

Total value of the order including VAT.

Traffic source

The channel that brought the customer (e.g. google, direct, email, referral).

Medium

Type of traffic – e.g. cpc, email, referral, none.

Campaign

Name of the campaign that brought the user (if available in UTM parameters).

🏷️ Understanding the Tanganica and Assisted labels

In the last column, orders are tagged to help you see Tanganica’s influence:

Label

Meaning

Tanganica

The order was completed after a last-click interaction with a Tanganica ad. Tanganica is fully credited for generating this order.

Assisted

The user interacted with a Tanganica ad earlier in their journey, but the final click came from another source. Tanganica helped influence the purchase but was not the last click.

Other

The order was completed without any interaction with Tanganica ads.

📌 Why this is useful

  • See which channels generate the most orders.

  • Understand how often Tanganica acts as last-click vs supporting channel.

  • Identify high-value orders and their original source.

  • Use insights to optimise attribution, budgets and campaign strategies.

📥 Exporting data

You can download the table as a PDF or CSV file using the export buttons at the top right. This is useful for reporting, further analysis or sharing with your team.
