Category Statistics help you understand which product categories generate the most revenue, orders, and sales through Tanganica campaigns. This allows you to optimize marketing budgets, product availability, and campaign priorities more effectively.

🛠️ How to access Category Statistics

  1. Log in to your Tanganica account.

  2. In the left menu, click Statistics.

  3. Select the Categories tab at the top of the page.

  4. Choose the time period you want to analyze (e.g. Last 30 days, custom date range).

  5. The table below will display performance metrics for each product category.

📈 What each column means

Metric

Description

Category name

The name of the product category from your online store. You can search or filter categories using the field above the table.

Revenue

The total revenue generated from orders that include products from this category during the selected period.

Number of products sold

The total quantity of individual products sold within this category. Useful for understanding product demand.

Number of orders

The number of completed orders that included at least one product from this category. This helps identify which categories drive the most transactions.

⚙️ Additional features

  • Sorting
    Click on the small arrows next to the column names to sort categories by revenue, number of products sold or number of orders (ascending or descending).

  • Pagination
    Use the navigation at the bottom (1, 2, 3…) to switch between pages if you have many categories.

  • Export to CSV
    In the top right corner, you can export the data as a CSV file for further analysis or reporting.
