The Emailing feature in Tanganica allows you to create, generate, and send product newsletters to your customers directly from the app — using your own product catalog as a source.
You can:
generate newsletter content with AI based on products selected from your feed,
send newsletters immediately or schedule them for a specific date and time,
manage your subscriber contacts — add them manually, import via CSV, or sync automatically from orders,
and track performance with open rate, click-through rate, and delivery statistics.
The Emailing feature is part of Tanganica Premium. If you don't have an active subscription, this feature is not fully accessible.
You can find Emailing in the main menu of the Tanganica app.
To use this feature, you need to complete the initial setup: configure your sending address, set up your brand identity, and add at least one subscriber contact.
