Many courses are made up by combinations of 9 holes. For example, a golf facility may have three 9 hole courses of which, any 2 can be combined to create an 18 hole experience depending on the day and course maintenance schedules. No worries. Combining two 9 hole courses to create an 18 hole round couldn't be easier in Tangent Golf.

  1. Hit 'Golf' from the home screen to bring up the course list.

  2. Select your first 9 hole course either from 'Stored' or 'Database' options.

  3. You will then be asked if you would like to add more holes to the 9 that you have selected. If you are combining 9's to play 18, select 'Choose Back 9'. If you are only playing the 9 holes you have selected, choose 'Playing 9 holes today'.

  4. You can now select another 9 holes from either 'stored' or 'Database' to be added to the first course you selected. Keep in mind, that you can combine the same 9 holes twice to play 18 holes, by selecting the same course twice.

  5. The two courses will be combined. You'll notice that the course name has been adjusted to account for the combination of courses. The number of holes is up to 18 and the par should update accordingly.

Congrats! You are ready to play 18 holes. Hit 'em straight.
