Tango has seen a lot of changes since we launched in September 2021! It's now easier than ever to capture and share a workflow using Guidance, and the new Sidekick role allows Creators to fine tune user permissions and access. With all these changes, we realized it's also time to update our pricing to reflect Tango's newest capabilities.
What does this mean for current Tango Pro users?
Existing subscribers will see the new pricing reflected on your next monthly or annual subscription renewal date.
Monthly subscribers will be charged new prices on their next annual renewal date following 11/23/2023.
Annual Subscriptions which renew after November 23, 2023 will be charged the new rate of $240 per user per year ($20 per user per month).
Pro users can cancel their subscription anytime by following this link. Access to Tango Pro will remain in effect until the renewal date of the current subscription. Please note, Tango does not offer refunds.
If you're a current Tango Pro user who had Free users in your Workspace, you will need to upgrade any Free users who were removed in order to retrieve their content.
Free users who are removed from the Workspace will be automatically moved to their own Free Workspace which will contain content from their Drafts Library (formerly Personal Library).
Free users who are upgraded to Sidekick will lose access to anything in their Drafts Folder and will no longer be able to create Tangos.
What about existing Tango Pro subscribers who want to add new Pro users to a Workspace?
Any new Pro user upgraded after November 23, 2023 will be charged the new pricing: $24 per user per month for a monthly subscription, and $20 per user per month billed annually ($240 per user charged upfront for a one year subscription).
How do I add Sidekicks?
Sidekicks are only available on Business and Enterprise plans and in select occasions certain large Pro teams may qualify. Please email commercial@tango.us if you have an existing Pro plan and would like to discuss adding Sidekicks to your Workspace
