We understand that there could be many reasons for cancelling your Tap Pro subscription, but we really hope you'll continue using Tap for other websites in the future.
However if you feel it is time for you to move on because we haven't met your expectations then we're sorry it has come to this, but if there is anything we can do to change your mind then please contact us and let us know. We would love to hear your feedback either way so we can make Tap even better.
How To Delete Your Tap Pro Subscription
To cancel your Tap Pro subscription, please delete your website from your Tap dashboard. Pointing your website to a new domain by changing your A Record will not automatically cancel your subscription so you must delete your site from the Tap dashboard to trigger this process. Once you have deleted your website you will not be charged the following month and your subscription will be cancelled. If you are charged after deleting your website from your Tap dashboard then please contact us so we can investigate and arrange a refund.
Please contact us if you would like your Tap account deleted, this will not happen by default.
