Campaigns are sent based on a specific time zone chosen by the sender. However, with Time Zone-Based campaigns, you can schedule them to be delivered according to each recipient’s local time zone. This ensures that emails reach your audience at the optimal time, increasing engagement and response rates.
Steps to Schedule a Time Zone-Based Campaign
1. Log in to BayEngage
Access your BayEngage dashboard.
2. Create a New Email Campaign
Navigate to Campaigns → Email Campaigns → Create Email Campaign.
3. Set Up the Campaign Details
Enter the Campaign Name & Select a Tag
Now, set the campaign type as Standard
Add the recipient's list, From address, Subject line, and Email content.

4. Schedule the Campaign
5. Choose the Sending Date & Time
If you choose today’s date, the campaign will start sending at the selected time in the respective time zones that have already passed.
For fallback settings, select:
6. Future Date Scheduling (No Fallback Needed)
If you select a future date, the campaign will be scheduled for all time zones accordingly, and no fallback option is required.
7. Finalize and Schedule
Click Check Status & Schedule to confirm and schedule the campaign.
Campaign Management Actions
1. When a campaign is in the Scheduled state, you can pause and reschedule it before it starts sending.
2. Once a campaign enters the Delivering state, you can only cancel it; modifications will no longer be possible.
