BayEngage now allows archive lists and segments associated with completed campaigns. This feature helps streamline your list and segment management by reducing clutter and minimizing the chances of sending campaigns to incorrect lists or segments.
Use Case
When lists or segments are created for a single campaign, they often remain in your account, causing unnecessary confusion over time. As the number of lists and segments grows, it becomes harder to identify the correct ones, increasing the risk of errors. Archiving unused lists or segments ensures a more organized workspace.
Solution
With the archive feature:
You can archive lists or segments associated with completed campaigns.
Archived lists or segments will be moved to a dedicated Archived Lists/Segments page.
You can easily restore archived lists or segments by unarchiving them if needed.
