BayEngage now includes a feature that allows sign-up forms to be displayed only to new users. This prevents forms from repeatedly appearing to users who have already signed up or registered, enhancing user experience and avoiding redundancy.
Steps to enable this feature:
Log in to your BayEngage account.
1. Navigate to the Sign-Up Forms section.

2. Create a new form or select an existing form to edit.
3. Go to the Target Rules section.

4. In the Set viewers section, choose Show to new users only.

5. Click Save to apply the changes.
When this setting is enabled, the pop-up form will appear solely for new users, ensuring that your sign-up forms are more relevant and targeted.
