The AI Image Generation feature in BayEngage allows you to create visually striking, tailored images with the help of intelligent AI capabilities. Whether you're designing visuals for marketing emails, showcasing products, or experimenting with new creative ideas, this feature gives you complete control over how your images are generated and enhanced.
With options to define image style, aspect ratio, and even include product images or attachments, users can generate exactly what they envision—no design skills required. The process is intuitive, credit-based, and seamlessly integrated into your media library, making it easier than ever to create compelling visuals right inside BayEngage.
Getting Started with AI Image Generation
1. Access the AI Image Generator
Go to Media Library from the main menu.
Click the “Create AI Image” button located next to the “Upload Image” button.
2. Open the Image Generation Modal
A modal window will open showcasing all available image generation settings and options.
Purchasing Credits for Image Generation
3. Buy Credits
Image generation requires credits.
In the modal, click “Buy Credits”.
4. Payment Methods
Shopify Users: You will be redirected to Shopify’s payment page to complete your purchase.
Non-Shopify Users: You can complete the purchase using BayEngage’s integrated Stripe payment method.
5. Choose a Package
Two packages are available:
500 Credits for $5
1000 Credits for $10
Enter your card details and complete the payment.
6. Payment Confirmation
After successful payment, a confirmation modal will appear with an option to download your invoice.
7. Invoice Management
You can download invoices either directly from the confirmation modal or later from Settings → Invoice.
The invoice page lists all your previous payments and allows you to download any past invoice.
8. Credit Allocation
Purchased credits will be instantly added to your account.
When you return to the image generation modal, you’ll see:

Each image generation will deduct credits based on your selections.
Generating AI Images
9. Enter a Prompt
In the prompt field, describe the image you want to generate.
Click “Generate Images” to start the process.
10. View Results
You’ll be taken to the Results tab where image generation status is shown.
A loader will appear while the AI processes your request.
Once complete, your images will be displayed.
11. Generate More
You can return to the Generate tab anytime to create additional images.
Multiple prompts can be run simultaneously to generate different sets of images.
12. Processing Time
AI image generation takes a few seconds to complete.
A loading animation will indicate processing progress.
Improving Generated Images
13. Enhance Existing Images
In the Results tab, click on a generated image to enhance it.
Enter a new prompt in the “Improve Prompt” field and click “Improve”.
A new version will be generated and saved automatically.
Image Storage and Accessibility
14. Image Saving
All generated images are automatically stored in your Media Library.
AI-generated images are tagged with “AI” to differentiate them from user-uploaded files.
15. Generation in Progress
If you close the modal while an image is being processed, you can still see its “Generating” status directly in the media library.
16. View Details & Improve Any Image
Click “View Details” on any image in the Media Library—whether it's AI-generated or user-uploaded.
For AI-generated images, you will see:
The original prompt used to create the image
An “Improve Image” button to enhance the image further
For user-uploaded images, you will also see the “Improve Image” button.
When clicked, a prompt field will appear where you can enter specific instructions on how you want to enhance or modify the image.
After entering your prompt, click the “Improve” button.
A new, improved version of the image will be generated using your prompt and saved automatically to your Media Library.
17. Prompt suggestions for better results
To help users get started, prompt suggestions are provided within the image generation modal. These examples serve as a guide to show how to structure prompts for generating or enhancing images effectively.
Users can refer to these suggestions for inspiration but are free to enter any custom prompt based on their specific needs and creativity.
