What’s New? A Central Hub for Your Coupons
Go to the Coupons section in BayEngage. You will now see two tabs, "Campaigns" and "Automations," that show you everywhere a coupon is linked.
Campaigns Tab: See every campaign using the coupon, including campaigns that are:
Drafts (still being built)
Scheduled (ready to go out later)
Paused
Completed
Automations Tab: See every automation using the coupon, including automations that are:
Active (currently running)
Disabled (turned off)

The moment you add a coupon to a campaign or automation, it will appear in the list.
It doesn’t matter if the campaign has been sent or if the automation is active. If the coupon is linked, you'll see it. This gives you an immediate and accurate record of where all your coupons are.
