Overview:

Your email recipients deserve to opt-out of your emails at any given time. It is mandatory for you to give recipients an option to easily unsubscribe from your emails when they want to. It is typically seen in the footer of the email.

With BayEngage, you can create a custom Unsubscribe form and Confirmation page.

How To Set Up An Unsubscribe Form And Confirmation Page

  1. Click on the Settings option on the left side of the screen

When a user clicks on the unsubscribe link in the footer of the email, a page will open to confirm they were unsubscribed.

The unsubscribe form can be customized as you like.

If you wish to understand why unsubscribing happens, you can utilize the unsubscribe confirmation option which is shown after unsubscribing.

You can customize the form as you like.
