Automation Features
Delay - To set a time delay Between an event/actions to send an email.
Email - To set up a mail(Template) to trigger based on activity or time delay.
What’s set Active / Inactive
Set active makes the automation LIVE(active), which means triggers email as per the flow.
Set inactive makes the automation Inactive, which means all actions in the flow are paused.
User Filter - To segment the customers/users in the flow based on the past behavior.
Eg. Send email to the list of users “Placed No Order” for a while(Days/month/year).
Reports - To view the metrics of each action performed by end users can be viewed under reports.
Eg: Overall report of the automation/ Mail 1(Particular) report(Opened,Clicked,etc),Total orders.
