How to Create Email Flows Effectively? Features Explained

Automation features also known as actions, use to edit/add a actions to the flow.

Automation Features

  • Delay - To set a time delay Between an event/actions to send an email.

  • Email - To set up a mail(Template) to trigger based on activity or time delay.

  • What’s set Active / Inactive

    • Set active makes the automation LIVE(active), which means triggers email as per the flow.

    • Set inactive makes the automation Inactive, which means all actions in the flow are paused.

  • User Filter - To segment the customers/users in the flow based on the past behavior.

    • Eg. Send email to the list of users “Placed No Order” for a while(Days/month/year).

  • Reports - To view the metrics of each action performed by end users can be viewed under reports.

    • Eg: Overall report of the automation/ Mail 1(Particular) report(Opened,Clicked,etc),Total orders.
