BayEngage’s SMS feature ensures that you protect the privacy of your recipients by getting their consent before you send SMS campaigns to them.

The opt-in and opt-out for the SMS campaign are tracked through "Keywords" on BayEngage.

BayEngage SMS Keywords

By default, BayEngage tracks the responses to the opt-in messages with the detection of keywords like “STOP”, “YES”, and “UNSTOP” to make sure that you curate a list of subscribers who are genuinely interested in your SMS messages.

We also have special keywords like “OFFER”, “GREATDEAL”, and “DISCOUNT” that can be used in your promotional messages.

Unsubscribe By Admin

There is also an option for the admin to unsubscribe on behalf of the recipient’s request.
