Quick Guide On How To Fetch Magento Access Token

Step 1: Login to your Magento admin panel and click on ‘System’ from the left menu. Choose ‘Integrations’ from the options available.

Step 2: Click on ‘Add New Integration’. You will be taken to the ‘New Integration’ page.

Step 3: Provide a name to the Integration. Ex. ‘BayEngage’ and verify your password. Now click on ‘API’

Step 4: Click on the dropdown from ‘Resource access’ and choose ‘All’. Now click on ‘Save’ to proceed.

Step 5: From the list of Integrations, find the one that we created now. Click on ‘Activate’ make it active.

Step 6: Now click on ‘Allow’ to move to the next step.

Step 7: Copy the text available against ‘Access token’ and click on ‘Done’ to complete.

Step 8: Under Stores, Click on Configuration from the SMTP menu.

Step 9: Now, under the Configuration, click on the BAYENGAGE TRACKING menu.

Step 10: Under the BAYENGAGE TRACKING, enter the Public Key after entering the required fields.

How to Find Public Key?

Step 1: Log In to BayEngage

Step 2: Go to Settings & click on Account Settings

Step 3: Now Scroll down to the bottom & copy the API Key

Step 4: Now enter the Public Key under BAYENGAGE TRACKING & click on Save Config to configure your Magento account.

Step 5: Now your Magento account will be successfully configured.

Steps to connect BayEngage with your Magento store:

Step 1: To connect your store, go to the BayEngage dashboard & look for a button or option that says Connect.

Step 2: All the available stores will appear on the screen under “Connect your online store with BayEngage.”

Step 3: From the available stores, click on Magento.

Step 4: Under What’s your website address? Enter your company’s website.

Step 5: Then, enter the Access Token form your Magento account click on Connect.

Step 6: Now the store will be successfully connected.
