Media assets add great value to your emails. They do not only make your emails aesthetically pleasing, but also play a major role in engagement and conversions.
With BayEngage’s Media gallery, you have the option to upload and store all your media assets and use them in your emails whenever you want.
This help article will cover the steps to be followed to upload your images in the BayEngage media library.
Media Gallery On BayEngage: A Quick Guide
Login to BayEngage and head over to “Media Library”.
2. You can upload the images by clicking on “Upload image”. You have an option to either do a file upload or even paste the image URL.
Upload image:
If you want to upload an image, then choose the “upload image” option. You can add images from your computer by clicking on the “Add images” option. You can upload a maximum of 20 images at a time and the maximum image size is 5MB. The file types supported are JPEG, PNG and GIF.
Once you have added the image, click on “Upload”.
Upload image URL:
If you want to upload an image using the image URL, then, choose the “Add image from URL” option and paste the image URL. Click on add media and your image will be successfully uploaded.
The image library will have all the images that you have uploaded.
Hover over the image to view the details. You can delete or rename the image anytime you want. You can also view the details (date on which the image was added, URL, and image size).
