Overview:

  1. Login to BayEngage and headover to “Lists and Segments”. Click on “Create Lists & Segments” and choose ‘Contact list’.

Give your List a name and import your list in a CSV format.

📚Recommended: Read this help article to know how to upload a list on BayEngage.

2. Click on “Create” after your file is imported.

3. BayEngage has a bunch of pre-built fields called the “BayEngage fields”. If your list has data that does not exist in the BayEngage fields collection, it can be added as custom fields.

Here’s a quick video on how to import a list and create a custom field on BayEngage.

Here’s a quick overview of the data points on BayEngage fields:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email

  • Address street 1

  • Address street 2

  • City

  • State

  • County

  • Country

  • Zip code

  • Birth day

  • Subscription

If your column headings contain more information (like contact no, gender etc.), you can add them as custom fields.

Simply type-in the custom field that you want to create and select the text in the drop-down. Your custom field will now be created.
