If the subject line has resonated with the audience

How To Segment by Email Opened / Clicked On BayEngage
Login to BayEngage and head over to “Lists & Segments”
To segment based on email opens and clicks, click on “Create Lists & Segments” and choose “Segment”.
3. Next, click on the “Include people based” drop down and choose “Email opened” or “Email clicked” based on your requirement.
4. Click on “Save & continue”.
Note: You can use the “AND” and “OR” operators to create multiple segments.
