Overview:
‘BayEngage from TargetBay’ supports uploading an email list with custom fields. To your surprise, you can play around with the segmentation with the custom fields as well. Start uploading a list and target the segmented group of customers with personalized emails.
How to segment by custom fields?
Log in to the ‘BayEngage app from TargetBay’ by entering the correct credentials.

2. Head over to “Lists and Segments”. Click on “Create Lists & Segments” and choose “Segment.”
3. You can find the custom fields uploaded into BayEngage under the option “User Fields.” Choose a field and perform the segmentation condition. Now, click on “Save & Continue” to save the changes.
