Overview:

Every new product subscription holds a lot of opportunities to engage with the customers, build your brand, improve customer loyalty, and drive more conversions - And the most powerful channels to make this possible are Emails and SMSes.

The BayEngage and Recharge integration makes it easy for you to bridge the gap between subscription commerce and customer engagement with the inflow of data from Recharge to BayEngage. This makes the segmentation of the audience, setting up targeted automation workflows, and running successful campaigns much easier. The data sync happens in real time so that you are always at the top of your game!

Let’s take a quick look at the tags that you can use in your Emails and SMSes through this seamless integration:

How to create a segment for “Subscription created” on BayEngage?

When a new subscription is added, you can start engaging with your subscribers instantly. You can send email and SMS campaigns to your customers based on the exact products subscribed to, previous subscription history, frequency of subscription, and more.

  1. Login to the BayEngage account or create a new account if you don’t have one.

  2. From the left menu, select “List & Segments”

3. Click on “Create Segment”. Give your segment an appropriate name.

4. Click on “Browse ideas” and choose “Recharge active subscription”. If you already have an idea, start segmenting right away. Here’s a quick idea of what emails to send when you have a new subscription.

5. You can now go ahead and create and customize your segments based on multiple criteria. You can create a segment based on subscription status, no. of times the subscription has been made in the past, and the time duration of it.

You can also create a filter based on the exact product a customer has subscribed to in the past.

Note: You can also further create granular segments by using the “OR” and “AND” operators.
