1. Login to BayEngage and select the "List & Segments" option from the left-hand side menu.

2. Click on “Create Segment”. Give your segment an appropriate name.

3. Click on “Browse ideas” and choose “Recharge expired subscription”. If you already have an idea, start segmenting right away.

4. You can now go ahead and create and customize your segments based on multiple criteria. You can create a segment based on subscription status, no. of times the subscription has been made in the past, and the time duration of it.
