Coupon usage report helps you to find the status of the coupons that you have created. The coupon usage report lets you see which of your created coupons are issued, not issued, or claimed whenever you send a campaign using those coupons.

1. Login to BayEngage and select the "Coupons" option from the left-hand side menu.

2. To check the coupon usage report, click on the coupons that you have created already. For example, NEWYEAR23 is the coupon that is clicked in the below image.

3. When you click on the required coupon, you will see an image similar to the one below. Where you can find the status of the coupons that are issued, not issued, or claimed. Also you can find in which campaign those coupons are issued, to whom it was issued as well as in which order it was utilized.

4. You can also check the total number of coupons issued, available and used by clicking on the coupons option on the left hand side menu and navigate to the respective coupon for which you would like find the above mentioned information.
