Overview:
Recharge “No Subscription” Segmentation filter is used to segment your customers who purchased from you earlier or continue purchasing from you regularly but not subscribed to your products. To make your customers subscribe to your products, you can send personalized emails and SMS campaigns with BayEngage.
How to create a segment for “No Subscription” on BayEngage
1. Login to BayEngage and select the "List & Segments" option from the left-hand side menu.
2. Click on “Create Segment”. Give your segment an appropriate name.
3. Click on “Browse ideas” and choose “Recharge: no subscription”. If you already have an idea, start segmenting right away.
4. You can now go ahead and create and customize your segments based on multiple product filters and particular time periods.
For example, you can segment people like if they purchased a milk powder in the last 6 months. Or if they purchased blueberry jam between April and October without subscription.
Note: You can also further create granular segments by using the “OR” and “AND” operators.
