Recharge is a subscription-based payment platform used to set up and manage dynamic recurring billing across the web and mobile. BayEngage’s integration with Recharge enables you to manage every aspect of your subscription business. Integrating Recharge with your BayEngage account can help you increase recurring revenue and purchase frequency through industry-specific personalized email & SMS templates.
Steps involved in the installation of the Recharge App on BayEngage-
Navigate to your Recharge account and select API Token under Apps on the left-hand side bar.
2. You will be redirected to a page where you can create an API Token. Click on Create an API token.
3. Fill in all the necessary details and provide read and write access for scope in all the fields under Permission. This enables you to keep track of your private apps/website.
4. Click on Save in the top right corner of the tab. This will result in a successful generation of an API token.
5. Now redirect to your BayEngage account and click on Apps in the menu bar of BayEngage.
6. You can install the Recharge App present under the Explore Apps section.
7. Copy the API key from your Recharge Account.
8. Paste the API token created earlier in the field provided on BayEngage. And click on Save.
9. If the integration is successful, you will be able to see ‘Recharge’ under the ‘My Apps’ section on BayEngage.
10. You can further verify this by choosing a Contact from the menu bar. A separate Recharge tab will appear in your profile containing information about subscriptions.
