Steps to use AI features in Email template:
Step 1: Go to BayEngage App and click on Email Templates option from the left hand side menu.
Step 2: Use the options to create a suitable template for your campaign.
I. Generate heading for your email template:
Create a column and drag and drop the Heading widget on your template.
Type the context for the heading and click on the “Get Suggestions” option on the right-hand side of your template.
You can select the tone for the heading.
You will get the list of headings for your template, select the suitable headings for your template.
If you want to regenerate it, click on the “Refresh” button.
II. Generate text for your email template:
Create a column and drag and drop the Text widget on your template
Enter the context for the text and click on the “Smart Text” option.
You will get the list of options to enhance the quality of your text. Select the suitable option to enhance your text.
Based on your selection, the AI will generate the text in the text box.
III. Generate images for your email template:
Create a column and drag and drop an “IMAGE” widget on your template.
Click the “Generate Image” option on the right hand side of your template.
Describe the details of the image in the text box and click on the option “Next”.
You will get the list of AI text prompts that helps you to get better images. Choose a relevant text for your image or click on the “Proceed Anyway” button.
Choose an image style.
You will get a list of images, click and use the most suitable image for your template. If you want to regenerate the image, click the “Regenerate” button.
IV. Generate eye catching CTA’s for your email template:
Create a column and drag and drop the “Button” widget on your template.
Click the “Get Suggestions” button on the right hand side of your email template.
Type few words about your CTA and click on Get suggestions button.
You will get the list of CTA’s for your template, select the suitable button text or CTA for your template.
You can also change the tone of the CTA using the “Tone” option.
If you want to regenerate the text, click the “Refresh” button.
