BayRewards Integration A Detailed Rundown

Overview:

BayEngage and BayRewards are now integrated. Interesting, isn’t it?

You’ll be able to sync both your reward points and referral URLs!

Your points will be added to BayRewards every time you perform an action. The updated points will also be reflected in your BayEngage app, allowing you to easily inform your customers via email and SMS. This means you can stay on top of your rewards program without any extra effort.

How to Configure BayEngage for BayRewards:

  1. Login to your BayEngage account → Click on the “Apps” section on your left side (Just below the reports) → you can find the list of apps under the “Explore Apps” section.

2. Go to the “BayRewards” app → and click on the “Install” button → you will be asked to enter your “Client ID.”

3. You can find the “Client ID” in your BayRewards app → copy this “Client ID” and paste it into your BayRewards setup.

4. Once the “Client ID” is entered → click on the “Integrate” button → you can find “BayRewards account installed & connected” → Now you can find the BayRewards app under the “My app” section.

5. To see the points earned by each customer and their referral URL, → Go to the “Contacts” at your left side menu (Just under the lists & segment section) → Click on the particular customer contact to see the points & referral link at your right-hand side.

6. Now, you can easily add the reward point your customer has earned & referral URL to the email template.

7. Select an email template → click on the text section that you want to edit → You can find “Merge tags” in the menu → click the drop-down → you will find the tags for BayRewards and Referral URL to add to your email.

8. Send a personalized email pitch to your customers using segmentation.

Go to the “Lists & Segments” (Just below the email template) in your left-side menu → Click on “Create Segment” at the top right corner → Click on the drop-down to select “BayRewards” → Go to the next box & click the drop-down to select the value (Eg: Equals) → Now on the next box enter the value (Eg: 1000).
