What is a Signup growth report?
The Signup growth report summarizes all the users who have interacted with a BayEngage “Signup form” (both pop up or embed).
This report will help you understand the source or the status of each website subscriber. You can export the report for in-depth analysis.
This report captures the subscribers from the sign up forms and not from other sources.
How to navigate the report?
Step 1: In the BayEngage dashboard, click on the “Reports” option in the left hand side menu.
Step 2: Under the “Reports” section, click on the “Signup Growth” option.
Note💡:
By default, this report loads the list of users who have interacted in the last 7 days, we can modify the date range to analyze the data.
Step 3: Click on the “Date range” dropdown section to modify the date range.
The users are grouped into three categories:
New Subscribers: The users who are signing up for the first time.
Re Subscribers: The users who were already unsubscribed from your website and they are re-subscribing to your website.
Multi Subscribers: The users who are currently active subscribers and they have subscribed again.
By categorizing the users, we can get deeper insights on your customer’s behavior. This will help us to understand whether the customers are new, re, or multi subscribers.
Note💡:
This report currently covers only “email subscribers”.
