Enable UTM Parameter In Email Automation

UTM (Urchin Tracking Module) is a cost-effective email campaign tracking tool. It aids companies in achieving marketing goals by monitoring recipient behavior, including open and click-through rates, enabling data-driven decisions for optimizing future campaigns based on past performance for companies' marketing goals.

Types of UTM parameter values

UTM parameters offer 3 value types: Dynamic, Static, and Custom each serving distinct tracking purposes.

1. Dynamic parameters adapt to changing conditions.

2. Static parameter values remain constant.

3. Custom parameters offer flexible configurations.

UTM parameters are unique link identifiers that enhance tracking by adding five key elements to URLs:

Medium: specifies the traffic source example: SMS, Email, Landing Page, organic, etc

Campaign: tracking a marketing campaign link example: Google Ads, SummerSaleAds, BFCMSale, etc

Content: tracking parameter for campaign content. example: shirts, keywords, offers, etc

Source: Origin of website traffic example: Targetbay.com, domain.com

Term: Tracking code for campaign analysis example: Lipstick, email, automation
