Subscription Growth Report:

A subscription growth report provides information about the growth and performance of your customer base within a chosen date range.

Note:

The source of this report is from BayEngage’s signup forms, embedded forms, Shopify, Zapier, and all unsubscribe via email only.

The bar chart contains 3 bars:

  1. New Subscribers: New users who have signed up to your website

  2. Re Subscribers: The users who were already subscribers in the past and had unsubscribed but they have re-subscribed.

  3. Unsubscribers: Existing users who have unsubscribed

Other subscribers metrics:

  1. Overall subscribers: The overall active subscribers present in your store.

  2. Subscriber count: The number of subscriptions we got during the chosen time period. In this case the report displays the count of new subscribers (7943) in the last 7 days.

  3. New Email Subscribers: This is the increase in subscriber count as compared to the previous date range.

  4. Growth Rate: The percentage change is calculated by comparing the selected range to the previous range.

E.g:

  • Consider for the last 7 days (aug 8 - 14) - the total subscribers count is 7943

  • For the previous 7 days ( aug 1 - 7 ) - the subscribers count is 3642

  • In the last 7 days we have received 4,301 new subscribers, so the subscriber growth rate is 118%.

  • Calculation is =((7943-3642) / 3642 * 100)

So, the calculation is based on the increase of 4,301 subscribers in the last 7 days compared to the previous 7 days count of 3,642 subscribers, resulting in a growth rate of approximately 118%.

5. Subscriber count stats: This provides the total number of new subscribers, re-subscribers and unsubscribers within the given date range.

  • Total subscribers in the selected range = New subscribers + Re subscribers = 7835 + 108.

  • The pie chart displays the percentage calculated based on the total number of subscribers.

Top subscriptions: Shows the list of top 3 sources that contribute to the subscription count.
