What is a contact card?

A contact card in SMS is a digital vCard or VCF (Virtual Contact File) that contains contact information about a person or a business. It is a convenient way to share contact details with others via text messages.

Sending a contact card via SMS makes it easy for recipients to add the sender's contact information to their address book without manually entering the details. It's a quick and efficient way to share contact information as it prefills every detail on your recipient’s mobile phone.

Why should you add a Contact Card?

  • Saving the contact of business in customer mobile increases the deliverability with service providers.

  • Avoid labeling it as spam.

  • Enables customers to save your contact information with just a click of a button
