Overview

Now you can turn your SMS conversation into unread, similar to your email. This feature can help you to manage your inbox more efficiently and prioritize the response based on their urgency or importance.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login into your BayEngage account

  2. Click on the ‘SMS’ at your left-side menu → now you can see the subcategories below

3. Now click ‘Conversations’ to see your overall conversation with your customers

To turn the SMS conversations to Unread

4. Select the specific conversation you want to mark it as unread

5. Now you can see that particular conversation in an open window → hover your mouse pointer over the conversation, and you will see a small text stating ‘Mark as unread’ at the top of the conversation box.

6. Click on it to turn SMS conversation to unread

Note: You can mark an SMS conversation as unread, but only the last conversation with that contact.e particular contact.
