Why does TargetBay need access to your Shopify store?

TargetBay guarantees a premium onboarding and migration experience for its clients. Providing access to your Shopify store will enhance the smooth transition from your current platforms to TargetBay within 1 - 2 business days. Our team of migration specialists will utilize this access for one of the following reasons:

  1. To install TargetBay’s app on your store

  2. For migrating your contacts, lists & segments, and orders

  3. Customizing TargetBay's reviews and rewards widgets to fit seamlessly with your Shopify theme

  4. Ensuring the accurate alignment of tracking and attribution scripts

Note💡:

Once the onboarding and migration are complete, you can revoke the access that you have provided to TargetBay.

Methods for granting access to TargetBay:

There are two methods by which you can provide access to your Shopify store:

  1. Accept the collaborator access that is initiated by our migration specialist - An email notification will be sent to you for accepting the access request.

  2. Log in to your Shopify store and grant access to TargetBay.

Steps to granting access from your Shopify store:

Step 1: Log in to your Shopify store.

Step 2: Click on the option “Settings” in the bottom left corner.

Step 3: Click on the option “Users and permissions” from the left-hand side menu. Now click on the option “Add Staff.”

Step 4: Enter the following details on the screen:

First Name: TargetBay

Last Name: Support

Step 5: Click on the “Select all permissions” checkbox and click on “Send invite” in the top right corner.
