Why does TargetBay need access to your BigCommerce store?

TargetBay guarantees a premium onboarding and migration experience for its clients. Providing access to your BigCommerce store will enhance the smooth transition from your current platforms to TargetBay within 2 - 3 business days. Our team of migration specialists will utilize this access for one of the following reasons:

  1. To install TargetBay’s app on your store

  2. For migrating your contacts, lists & segments, and orders

  3. Customizing TargetBay's reviews and rewards widgets to fit seamlessly with your BigCommerce store

  4. Ensuring the accurate alignment of tracking and attribution scripts

Note💡:

Once the onboarding and migration are complete, you can revoke the access that you have provided to TargetBay.

Steps to granting access from your BigCommerce store:

Step 1: Log in to your BigCommerce store.

Step 2: Click on the option “Account Settings” in the bottom left corner.

Step 3: Select the option “Users” and click on the “Create a User Account” option on the top left.

Step 4: Enter the Email as support@targetbay.com and set the Status as Active.

Step 5: Under Permissions, set the User Role as Store Administrator.

Step 6: Select all permissions and click on the option “Save” at the bottom right corner to provide access to TargetBay.
