BayEngage automatically archives a segment when there has been no activity for 90 days; the archived segment(s) will be moved to the archived tab.

The segments that are connected to email automation, email campaigns, and Google & Facebook ads will not be archived.
To view archived segments in BayEngage:
Step 1: Log into the BayEngage app store by entering the correct credentials.

Step 2: On the BayEngage dashboard, click the āLists & Segmentsā option from the left-hand side menu.
Step 3: Click the āArchived Segment" option in the top right corner to view the archived segments.
To restore archived segments in BayEngage:
Step 4: In order to restore segments from the archived segments, search for the segment on the search bar, and then click on the "More actions" option and select "Unarchived."
Step 5: Archived segments appear in "Lists & Segments" after they are restored.
To delete permanently archived segments in BayEngage:
Step 6: In order to delete the segments from the archived segments, search on the segment on the search bar, and then click on the "More actions" option and select "Delete."
