On the home screen, click the “Call an Interpreter” option.
Choose the interpreter type:
Community Interpreter – free of charge
Professional Interpreter – paid per minute
Fill in the session details: Enter the estimated duration, topic, and any additional information required.
Start the request: Click “Start Request” to be connected with an available interpreter. Connections usually happen within a few minutes.
Alternative options: If you don’t need a voice call, you can also choose to translate a document, text, image, or audio directly from the home screen
Choose the language pair for translation.
Upload your file or enter your text.
Submit your request and wait for a volunteer translator to accept it.
You can communicate directly with them through the app if needed.
