Aid workers often need to connect with their clients (refugees/asylum seekers) remotely with an interpreter on the line. Tarjimly enables a conference call feature making it easier to connect all three (or more) participants from different locations on the same call.

How can you make a Three-way/Conference call?

When an aid worker and a translator are connected via the Tarjimly application, both have an option of adding a 3rd person to the call as displayed in the graphic above. The 3rd person to be added can be connected via a phone number and does not need the Tarjimly application installed. They will receive an internet call from a random US number generated by Tarjimly that when answered will connect to the aid worker and translator already on the call. You can add a 4th or 5th person to the call by repeating the instructions in the graphic above.

To add in US numbers, just enter the 10 digit number.

To add non-US numbers, erase the "1" and enter the desired country code along with the rest of the number after the "+" sign, as if you're making a long distance call.
