If you signed up for the wrong profile, you can either contact us to delete your account, and then you can recreate it.

Of you can follow the following steps to change your account yourself:

You will delete your current account by following the steps below and then sign up again as an aid worker/beneficiary:

  • Open the Tarjimly app

  • Click the setting gear in the upper righthand corner

  • Scroll down and click "More options"

  • Select "Delete Account & Personal Data"

  • Then sign up again as a beneficiary

If you don't see the settings icon, this means that you probably didn't complete the process of signing up. Right now there is not a way to go back mid-way through the sign up process.
You will need to finish completing your profile and then delete your account. For the questions, just put any random answers to complete the profile, then follow the steps above.
