Want to quickly reorder tasks? Here's how to do that!
Reorder a Task
Left-click and hold ⋮⋮ to the left of a task.
Drag the task up or down the list.
You can also use the ⌨️ Ctrl/CMD + ⬆⬇ keyboard shortcut.
Release the mouse button to place the task.
Reorder Multiple Tasks
Lef-click & hold the first task in a group.
Drag the cursor up or down to select more tasks.
Left-click and hold ⋮⋮ to the left a selected task.
Drag the task up or down the list.
Release the mouse button to place the task.
Reorder Blocks
Left-click and hold ⋮⋮ the parent task or heading.
Drag the entire block up or down the list.
Release the mouse button to place the block.
Reorder Columns (Board View)
Lef-click & hold the first task in a column.
Drag the cursor left or right to reorder tasks.
You can also use the ⌨️ Ctrl/CMD + ⬆⬇ keyboard shortcut.
Release the mouse button to drop the column.
