Share a Team (Folder)

Share Teams (Folders) with other Taskade users to collaborate.

Overview

Need to collaborate with others in a dedicated space? Teams (formerly Folders) in make it easy to share a group of projects with your teammates.


Send Invitations

You can invite users to a team via email or simply by copying an invite link.

  • Open your team and click the Share button in the top right-hand corner.

  • Copy the invite link and share it via email, text, or any other way.

    • Alternatively, enter their email address.

    • You can also specify the level of access for users who join with the link.


  • Navigate to your team in the left navigation menu.

  • Click the arrow next to the name of your team.

  • Select Edit from the drop-down list.

  • Choose the access level.


Set Individual Permissions

  • Navigate to your team in the left navigation menu.

  • Click the arrow next to the name of your team.

  • Select Members from the drop-down list.

  • Choose the role/access level for each team member (see the table below).

🦄 Owner

Owners can fully configure and edit projects and templates, manage project/team settings, and customize billing options.

👩‍💻 Admin

Admins can fully configure and edit projects/templates and manage projects/team settings.

✍️ Editor

Editors can create and edit projects/templates in the Team. They cannot manage project or team settings.

✅ Checker

Checkers can complete and comment on tasks. They cannot edit tasks, projects, or templates.

🤓 Viewer

Viewers can only comment and chat in projects. They cannot create or edit projects or templates in the team.
