Overview
The AI Assistant is a productivity companion that helps you generate content, answer questions, brainstorm ideas, and organize anything using handy AI commands.

Use the AI Assistant
Open a project in iOS or Android.
(method 1): Tap the ✨ stars icon in the keyboard toolbar.
(method 2): Type "/" followed by one of the AI commands (see next section).
Choose one of the available commands.
Decide what you want to do with the output:
(1) Tap Insert to add the output to the project.
(2) Tap Copy to save the output to the clipboard.
Don't like what you see? Tap (3) Regenerate to start over.
AI Commands
To use Taskade AI, type a question or text followed by "/" + command name.

Fetch top 10 Google Search results for given keywords. | |
Draw expert insights from a team of AI agents. |
Use Bulk AI Commands
You can apply AI commands to multiple tasks at the same time. Here's how it works:
Tap on the keyboard icon ⌨️ in the main toolbar to hide the keyboard.
Tap and hold the first task/node you want to select.
Tap on other tasks to multi-select more tasks/nodes.
Tap the ✨ stars icon in the keyboard toolbar and choose a command.
Create Custom AI Commands
Taskade AI Agents are smart assistants that streamline routine activities. Every agent can feature multiple custom commands you can use in the project editor.

To create or edit existing commands:
Go to the 🤖 Agents tab in your workspace/folder.
Tap the three dots ··· next to the agent you want to edit.
Choose (2) Edit agent from the drop-down list.
Tap Commands.
Tap ➕ Add Command to create a new command.
(1) 🔤 Name: This will pop up when you type / + "command name".
(2) ⏩ Prompt: Define the behavior of the custom command.
(3) 🚦 Comand Mode: Decide how the agent should approach tasks.
Default: Agent operates based on your prompt without setting goals.
Plan & Execute: Agent sets structured goals based on your prompt.
Tap Save (top-right corner) to add the prompt to your agent.
To use the new command, type "/" or tap the 🤖 robot icon in the editor.
Scroll the list to find a command or type a command name to filter.

Brainstorm ideas | (/expand) Generate ideas, expand on topics, and come up with creative solutions to problems, e.g. "generate articles ideas on topic X." |
Condense long-form content | (/summarize) Turn long meeting minutes or your reading notes into condensed, bite-sized summaries. |
Create meeting agendas | (/expand) Create high-level meeting agendas for your next team sync-up. e.g. "create a meeting agenda for a 15-minute meeting." |
Think outside the box | (/expand) Switch to the Mind Map view to create a visual representation of concepts, problems, and ideas. |
💡 Note: While Taskade AI is a powerful and versatile tool, it has a few limitations in its current stage of development. Like any other machine learning model, Taskade AI may make mistakes or produce unintended results. It is always a good idea to verify and double-check the output.
