On Taskbird, you can add tasks manually whenever you need, but you can also bring your tasks from a Google Calendar by connecting it to your account.

To sync with Google Calendar, go to the "More" button (the three dots) at the bottom right of the app. This will take you to a screen with more options to control and set up your account.

Tap on the "Sync Calendars" option, then tap Google Calendar. It will then redirect you to log into Google.

On the following screen, follow these steps:

  1. Choose or enter a Google account. Enter your password, and it will ask for your permission.

  2. Allow Taskbird to access your Google Account, and it will show a list of calendars available in the account you chose.

  3. Choose all of the calendars you'd like to sync, and click on "Sync x Calendars" at the bottom of the screen, where "x" is the number of calendars you selected to import.

If the sync is successful, you will see the following message:

Tap "Continue" at the bottom of the screen, and the appointments from that calendar will be synced into your schedule. You can view them on the "Tasks" screen.

Tip: you can sync your iCal calendar to Google Calendar and import it to Taskbird.
